IPGA is the producer of GlassFile, the unique technical and scientific database exclusively dedicated to glass.

Bibliographic database produced since 1970, GlassFile is available on the Internet since January 1998.

IPGA is an European Economical Interest Grouping created by two scientific research institutes working in the glass domain:

Institut du Verre, Paris, France
Stazione Sperimentale del Vetro (SSV), Murano, Italy

These two founder members rule the grouping in cooperation with associates members who greatly contribute to the updating of the database and give consultative advice.

IPGA partnership also comprises corresponding members who are contributing to the abstracting work.
